Privacy notice
Your data, with the same intention.
- Who is responsible
- Samuel Martínez (Samtics), an individual based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Contact: hello@samtics.dev.
- What data I receive
- Only what you give me: your name, email and whatever you write when booking on Cal.com or emailing me. I never ask for sensitive or financial data.
- What I use it for
- To schedule and hold the call, reply to you and, if you ask, send you a proposal. That's it: no marketing, and I don't sell or share your data.
- Who else handles it
- Only the services that make the site and the calendar work, for that purpose: Cal.com (scheduling), Cloudflare (site hosting) and my email provider. Each has its own notice.
- Cookies
- This site uses no tracking cookies or third-party analytics. If you open the calendar, Cal.com may set its own so it works.
- Your rights
- You can ask me to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use (ARCO rights under Mexican law), or withdraw consent. Write to hello@samtics.dev and I will reply within 20 business days.
- Changes
- If anything changes, I will post it on this page with the update date.
